Food always comes incorrectly. Either not done enough or too much done. Half the staff are amazing. The other half just uses this place as a high-school hallway joking and not paying attention. The manager is awesome. I like dunking more so then tims so I go because it's the only dunking around me. But if there was another I would go to that one.
Friend and I was the only ones in there and we got excellent service Fresh pretty cheese twist that was very good they were busy at the drive-thru but we decided to go in and sit down and relax coffee good and

Overall a great experience!The store was found to be clean, and bright upon entering. The restroom was very clean as well. There appeared to be two employees working, both of which were very cordial. I ask for a dark roast coffee, and there was none remaining. The one employee gladly offered to make fresh. I felt badly, she needed to make a new pot.She actually said, "sir it's my job"!Anyway despite being from PA, service like that makes the drive to Dunkirk worth it! Highly recommend...read full review
