“Overall a great experience!The store was found to be clean, and bright upon entering. The restroom was very clean as well. There appeared to be two employees working, both of which were very cordial. I ask for a dark roast coffee, and there was none remaining. The one employee gladly offered to make fresh. I felt badly, she needed to make a new pot.She actually said, "sir it's my job"!Anyway despite being from PA, service like that makes the drive to Dunkirk worth it! “You can't redeem points here, but you can pay with the app. This location is in the middle of Fredonia State's campus. Google doesn't tell you stuff like that when you're searching for a Starbucks en route. I wish it would because I just wanted a drive thru.“
“We were driving through the area, looking for a quaint coffee shop and found this gem. We were quite impressed at the number of Harry Potter items inside. The death eater was a unique addition.I had a large butter, beer, coffee, and we purchased the two cookies in the picture. All were delicious! The employee was very welcoming, and answered all of our questions.“
“Tim Hortons is and will likely remain my favourite. When deployed to Iraq, Starbucks refused to ship coffee we had purchased. Tim Hortons came through with 10 pounds of coffee and a huge box of merchandise for free and they paid shipping too. Additionally, we got the same shipment monthly for the entirety of our deployment. I love their coffee, frozen hot chocolate, frozen lemonade, and of course the donuts.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully compliant“
“Even at peak hours only a 5-10 min wait. Although recent traffic pattern changes make access harder. If you have a big order call ahead to help out. Always have our order ready for us with no delay. It's what you would expect from a Tim Hortons. Friendly “
“I wish I could've stayed longer here but I was driving a 12 hour drive back hime. Awesome hot chocolate and the best hashbrown I've ever had, it wasn't too greasy like the ones sold at other fast food and it had so much flavor. The tidbits were delicious!!“
