“I was visiting from out of state searching for what we call a Teabomb. I was able to easily find this location, and the drink was more than satisfactory. The employees were kind and accommodating and very knowledgeable about their product.“

“Many local friends have recommended this dessert shop located inside the Asian supermarket, and today I finally went to try it with a few friends. The shop's decoration is very bright and refreshing. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. There's a huge variety on their menu. We ordered several cups of different flavored milk tea and fruit tea, as well as a few slices of mille crepe cakes and desserts( BTW they have nine different flavors of Mille crepe cake). All the drinks and dessert that we ordered were very delicious. Personally, I ordered durian mille crepe cake and a cup of Fresh passion fruit green tea recommended by the staff. The rich durian and cream melted in my mouth, making me pleasantly surprised as a durian lover. The passion fruit green tea contains real fruit pulp and making it delicious and healthy to drink. I'm very sure I will come to this dessert shop often!“

“Balanced Bite is in the former Flourish location on Broadway in Lancaster and oh my goodness !!! their food is FABULOUS!!!!! All vegan. No processed oil, sugar or salt.... Their breakfast sandwiches are divine! Everyone who works there is friendly and fun and in the back is an incredible chef who went to the NYC Culinary School and rumor has it he was offered a job in a Michelin Star vegan restaurant in NYC and turned it down to come work in Lancaster! Their vegan Buffalo Wing soup is out of this world!! I always order their meal prep. Five awesome meals...big enough to share! Always delicious! Their hours are limited to Friday & Saturday. They have a great breakfast & lunch menu. Plus a deli case full of wonderful vegan things like vegan "egg" salad, "chicken" salad made from chick peas, hummus, "cheese" for nachos..they also have amazing smoothies & great coffee. Nice selection of healthy baked goods like muffins and cookies and fantastic sour dough bread! It's a tiny place with maybe 6 tables and chairs...it's charming. For healthy eating that tastes phenomenal... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!“

“I was so happy I was finally able to stop by and check this place out. It's been on my radar ever since I moved back into the area. I was greeted right away and I loved the ambience of the space. The set up is a very earthy, chill vibes. Lots of different shake options, all of which sounded delicious. I opted for the monthly special, mint oreo. So good! I'll definitely be back.“

“So I went today for the first time after seeing it on fb & I must say it was AMAZING !!!!!! First the owner was so sweet & great, she gave me the reason why she opened up the shop in the first place. Super helpful when picking flavors. Second FLAVORS ARE NWVER THW SAME EACH MONTH, that’s what’s great plus it’s not just a smoothie it’s made to help cleanse out your body and help you health wise. Such a PLUS. Third it’s so fulfilling and decorated so nicely 100/10 recommend y’all know I don’t play about my experiences so go get you won. I got the mango tango ( a lil tart but still good) & blueberry and cream( it was amazing and I don’t even eat blueberries)“

“Just went in there with my wife about an hour ago and were instantly hooked. One visit and our new favorite place. She had a rice bowl and a lychee tea and I had a sushi burrito and it was absolutely out of this world. Our only regret is that we didn’t visit much, much sooner.
