Lime House Sushi & Ramen (East Amherst) is a fast casual spot in the neighborhood. The restaurant is very clean with a convention location and plenty of parking. The atmosphere shows, and the number of options for food is quite good. Staff is friendly, warm, and hospitable. Ordering on the tablets provided for easy service at the door is easy, and service is quick. The sushi is great and some of the freshest. The coconut ramen and cheeto sushi rito was delicious, and the volcano scallop rolls and ramen with dumplings were so good. The crunchy salmon burrito was great, though the crunch aspect was very messy. The chicken is halal, and the server went out of their way to accommodate and ensured there was no cross contamination. A strawberry bubble tea was ordered, and the worker happily and swiftly got a straw and was very very very polite. The Spicy Miso Ramen, Coconut Ramen and Spicy Tuna Roll had broths on the sweeter side, and protein toppings were an extra add-on. The Curry Chicken as a meat topping had no curry flavor, and the chicken itself was not fresh. The ramen was served in a paper bowl. This is not a spot to recommend.
