Good food Nice service. We will go back again.
Nice staff willing to make a place for us despite the restaurant being reserved for a private party (graduation). The food was great, too.
Excellent food

Very friendly people. Excellent appetizers and Naan. Main Tandoori was cooked well and for a good price. I would recommend Maharaja and we will be back!

Best Indian food in Buffalo, highly recommended!
I have tried Indian food all over the US, and Maharaja easily comes in my top 10. By far, this is the best Indian restaurant in the Buffalo area.
If you love authentic North Indian and Punjabi flavors, this is the absolute perfect place. The food is super fresh and very flavorful, and the best part is that it is not oily or heavy at all. Even their Biryani has a great North Indian touch. I have tried many items like garlic naan, aloo paratha, dal makhani, chana masala, malai kofta, chicken tikka masala, and chicken chilly. Every single dish is always spot on.
We did have one bad experience during our first dine-in where service was quite slow, and after a long wait, they told us the item was out of stock. They should have informed us earlier. But our second dine-in was perfectly fine, and their takeout is always 10/10, so it’s totally worth it.
Mostly I do takeout from here, and they never disappoint. The owner is also very nice—he is always there and makes sure to come to the table to ask how the food is and ensure you are fully satisfied.
If you want genuine, tasty, and clean North Indian food, you must try this place!

These people DO NOT represent our food, this isn’t Indian food. I’m sorry for all the people who will go here in future, this is by far the worst food I’ve had, not just worst India but FOOD IN GENERAL. The server is clueless and I do not have bad enough words that could actually describe this food. Do yourself a favour, buy prepackaged gravy packets from the Indian store next door and save yourself a ton of money and a pathetic experience. We should’ve been paid to eat the food we were served.
Delicious food, fantastic service

The food was excellent and the servers were so pleasant. The best Indian food I’ve had in a long time! From vegetarian to wonderful lamb and chicken dishes. Will definitely be back!

I'm between 4 and 5 stars here, but gave 5 because it was really tasty. The food was clearly cooked right as we got there: nothing pre-made. Which is awesome, but it did take a veeeery long time for our food to arrive, which sucked because I was starving. That said, it was wonderful, and I will be back.
