We had Sweet Melody's provide our dessert for our wedding in Arcade, NY. They brought their food truck on-site to the venue. Had we known the weather was going to be so cold, we may have suggested doing the cart inside, as some guests were deterred by the cold to enjoy the dessert. We chose to skip the wedding cake and replace our dessert with gelato and sorbet. I’m SO glad we did!! Not only was this the perfect dessert for allowing our vegan and food allergy guests to enjoy it, but it was perfect for ensuring everyone could keep dancing! Sweet Melody’s gelato is exquisite: we had so many flavors to choose from and every single one of them was delicious (even flavors I don’t typically enjoy like creamsicle).
