overall I love this place. only 1 complaint.
twice on my orders they forgot the beverage I ordered. 40 minutes later I get my beverage. unacceptable
The food was mediocre but the delivery driver insisting I didn’t tip him when I paid for the order on my card and did add a tip really turned me off. First of all, to tip or not is up to me. The driver actually sat there while I told him I would show him my receipt. Then, when I called the restaurant to tell them I was missing items I found out the driver called to see if I had tipped him. I will not accept this. He should be fired. Never order from there again.
We order from Franks alot. The food is always tasty and consistent!
