I'll start by saying that the staff is lovely even when is so crazy busy that the line is all the way out the door. I was there last week and had an almond croissant and a scone to go. The scone was dry and tasted like extract but the croissant was so good I decided to return today. Its a 30 minute drive but I thought would be worth it. Absolutely amazing. From the cozy yet modern atmosphere and welcoming staff to the delicious food and delectable desserts, Blue Eyed Baker is a MUST VISIT when coming to East Aurora. I would drive out here just to dine here.
