I’ve gone to Elm Street Bakery twice now, brought my partner with me the second time and have told no less than 15 people that they need to stop in if they’re in the area.
I feel like I’m walking into a movie set when I come here. It’s just so quaint and lovely. And in the fall, it’s simply one of the best ways to spend a chilly morning.
You’ll have excellent food from the kitchen, items from the bakery, and coffee. They also serve alcohol and lunch items but I haven’t tried them yet. Service is quick and friendly.
Truly one of my new favorite places and well worth the 20 minute drive from Buffalo. Stay a while longer and stop at the other cute shops in East Aurora, including Second Nature right next door.
Wowza! Just pounded a bunch of homemade treats from here. Delicious.

This is my go-to bakery in the Southtowns. Their bread and pastries are always fantastic, and their breakfast sandwiches are my FAV. I miss when they were open for dinner too! They used to make this green curry chicken with rice that I still dream about sometimes.

I loved everything and how fresh it all felt and was. Only thing is they didnt have almond milk to have with my chai and oat changes the flavor a bit too much so I couldn't accurately rate the chai ..still very tasty but if you wanted my honesty

My wife and I had the pumpkin pie French toast. It was so delicious, I could have died happy after that first bite. It was incredible. We also had the lovely hash browns with grated onion and herbs, a favorite of ours! And of course, a pair of beautiful cappuccinos. Elm Street's barista makes the best coffee in town, just the right strength and depth of flavor. And our two-year old ate almost all of his big slice of apple cake! That's high praise indeed. We'll keep coming back every week!

From someone who lived in Spain, the tomato raspberry gazpacho was the most delicious gazpacho I’ve ever had! Kudos to the chef.

The owner assured me she wasn’t, but I’m pretty confident she was racially profiling my family. Never again!
We drive from Lockport, New York for their Sesame batard bread it is so Good!
Yesterday I tried one of their Caprese sandwiches on a baguette, and oh my goodness it's the best!!
Too bad we live so far, but I dissected the sandwich and I'm definitely gonna try to make my own!? Oh, and I absolutely love the atmosphere. I will definitely be back before winter hits.
Some of the best baked goods and coffee I’ve ever had (with a huge selection)!

Wow! What a great place! Delicious food including breakfast pizza and bacon Asiago scones...try the sticky buns if they have them.
We went twice on different days and they had different pastries and breads both days.
Superb coffee and drink options, and wonderful, polite and exceedingly friendly staff.
