I happen to enjoy doing business with stand alone speciality businesses. There is something special about an fashioned butcher shop. The level of skill and willingness to be helpful is crazy. In spite of common belief, not everything is more expensive. Weekly specials make it easy to keep on budget. The quality is first rate. Do yourself a favor and try Federal!
They have a wide variety of products and the staff is very courteous. My favorite thing is being able to have products portioned out the way I want them so I don't have to do it later.
