Maybe have an adult somewhere on premises, just 5 young teenage girls with no supervision, they were all more interested in talking to each other than actually working. Waited 20 minutes for a simple Sunday. Plenty of other good ice cream shops around that are deserving of your money. This is definitely NOT one

This young man here at the red caboose had amazing customer service and was so unbelievably nice and such a gentlemen. He had a very kind hearted soul. The atmosphere at the red caboose was a very nice and calm atmosphere for me to enjoy my ice cream. I wanna say thank you to the young man and young lady for a great ice cream experience!!!
Unfortunately, for $5.75, I just had THE worst vanilla ice cream in a sugar cone with chocolate sprinkles I've ever had in my life. My favorite has just become a bad memory thanks to the literal chunks of ice in my vanilla ice cream. Chunks. Of. Ice. Yes, actually chunks. Ice cream shouldn't be this way. Something definitely went awry with tub of vanilla the nice young lady scooped it from. I suspect some of it—the portion I was served—melted and accumulated water that froze into an ice cube when moisture condensed and separated the cream. Anyway, after this experience I will not go back. For around the same price I could get amazing handcrafted ice cream at Rosie's on Main Street. Boy, I wish I had. You should.

STAY AWAY! 25 people deep line. 4 teenage girls working. Who were playing around and eating ice cream. Everyone has to ask where their ice cream was. Ask for Manager name and number I am told "it's my dad" and she closed window. Then everyone stops working as she calls her dad. Then she comes back and text her dad my number. Meanwhile guy who orders 20 mins ealier is still waiting his cone.. which now I am asking for him to get his food. This place is a joke. Don't leave 4- immature girls to run your business on a Friday night top. When we walked away. Line was 35 people deep.. no kidding. Those poor people will never get their ice cream..

The staff is so rude. The waffle cones were crumbling, the ice cream was in a napkin bc the cone was nonexistent. They don't care about the customers or giving a positive experience. No one smiles no one greets you. Avoid this place. For the prices they charge you can spend your money better elsewhere.
