This has to be one of the slowest McDonalds in the country! And this isn’t just a one time thing. It literally is every single time. It’s so bad we mobile ordered 15min in advance this time and still had over a 10 min wait once we got there.

4/2/24, 1:30 PM. 20 min wait to get the wrong order, cold fries, and a hair in my sandwich. McDonald’s is done as a company and this site is the reason why. Drive a few miles away and get an outstanding experience and food at Chick-fil-A.Vegetarian options: Fries are good, assuming you like cold fries.

This has got to be the slowest McDonald's in WNY. I fail to understand how 3 years out of Covid either people refuse to work or companies are too cheap to hire anyone. I spent half my lunch break just waiting and burning gas. It's absurd that "fast food" has become longer than me cooking 2 burgers in the breakroom

If you work here you should genuinely be embarrassed, but if you’re the manager, you need to be genuinely ashamed of how you run your store. Waited 25+ minutes in line, order was completely wrong, sandwiches were not even wrapped and thrown in the bag with a wrapper on top, quarter pounder was filled with mustard to the point of being inedible. Unfortunately, this has been a consistent issue here for the past 2+ years. Embarrassing is all I have to say. Save yourself and go to a different location, this place also charges more for everything.

I specifically ask whether or not their coffee is fresh to avoid old or cold coffee, I was assured it was fresh, then received tepid old coffee. This is twice in the last few months. Upon calling and complaining to the manager I was not offered reconciliation and was hung up on. This used to be a good location.
