First off, I just want to say I do love your pizza and it’s refreshing to see a local restaurant that doesn’t sling the same style of Buffalo pizza that so many others do. I really think you guys need a full-service bar with taps and interesting cocktails. I feel your business would skyrocket if you had a larger building that could accommodate a big boy bar. I’ve lived and traveled all over and one place that would be worth a visit for you is Savoy in West Hartford, CT. They nail the business model of artisan pizzeria and cocktail bar. Either way, decent attempt at an operation and happy to have you in EA.

This was our first time trying the pizza, all the ingredients tasted extremely fresh, the crust had a small crisp to it, perfectly cooked. I observed an employee clean up a few tables and was impressed with the thorough job they did. The place was pretty busy, and still received great customer service. Everyone was kind and friendly and knowledgeable about the different pizzas.
Chopped salad was delicious and plenty for two people. Calabrian crunch pizza was a subtle blend of slightly sweet and spicy. Crust is very light, airy and perfect chewiness. If you are expecting typical Western New York pizza- dense, doughy and lots of gooey mozzarella, this will be a different experience for you. Only complaint- restaurant is very loud and difficult to have a conversation with someone. I enjoyed the type of music being played, but it should be at a lower volume since it exacerbates the noise level.
This place has a great vibe to it. We went at 6pm on a Friday which they were super busy but also didn't wait for more than a few minutes for a table. The chopped salad was so refreshing with the perfect balance of ingredients and not overdressed which is easy to do. The Calabrian crunch pizza was to die for. The dough was perfect along with the super fresh ingredients that hit several pallet notes being chewy, sweet, crunchy, hot, creamy, aroma of the basil and of course cupped pepperoni. The only mild snafu we had was they sat us and didn't tell us to order at the register but now we know for next time.
Mediocre pizza, relatively expensive, rude manager, noisy. Just my take.

We wanted to try this pizza because it was on the list of top 100 pizza places. It was... meh. The toppings were flavorful, the sauce was really good, not sweet at all, very fresh tasting with a nice strong tomato flavor, but the crust ruined the entire pizza for us, it was dry and flavorless like cardboard. Would not eat this pizza again. Pizza Amore Wood fired Pizza is better in my opinion.

Our favorite pizza place around! Seriously the best pizza!! The owners are incredible people, too. We had a small graduation gathering when my husband completed his PhD and Pizzeria Florian made us pizzas and let us pick them up before they were scheduled to open for the day! They were super accommodating and fantastic to work with leading up to the party. We order pizzas once a week - it's our go-to spot in town and we've recommended them to all of our friends!

Pizza's are amazing. If you like a beer with your slice, you're going to pay a premium for it and only microbrew choices. The seating area is loud. Crazy loud. As an interior designer, I'd say it's a lack of sound deadening materials on the walls. An easy fix.
