Cass our waitress was great. She was very friendly! Her helper (not sure of his name) was also always willing to get us water or box up our food. The food was fantastic. The portions were wonderful. Always a lovely outing!

Service and meal were excellent as always. Noise level in the upstairs dinning area was however too loud. It was so loud at times my wife and I were shouting at each other to have a conversation. I also noted servers were having to shout at customers to be heard.

Rick's on Main has great food. Many places to sit for lunch and dinner, the outside patio is wonderful. The service is great and the food is good quality too The small dining room right when you walk in a small and can get can loud even though there is only about 8 tables. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to eat good food

Our food selections were delicious and the presentation was great! We sat outside on a beautiful summer night. Our server was wonderful and Brendon was fun and very helpful.

Always great food - we love Rick's. However...this time we had 2 bigger tables of all women & the noise level was a lot. Maybe think about separating one table in each upstairs room vs. both next to each other.

Food was EXCELLENT. Both appetizers and entrees were worth with every penny. Service was arguably the worst I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Our reservation was for 7pm. We were seated a few minutes early. Server didn't come around until 730 to take drink orders and we didn't get to order our food until well after 8 because the server never came back. Didnt get our food until almost 9pm for a 7pm reservation. The food being good saved the night but was very dissatisfied with the service. Some friends of ours had a similar experience. For the price, I can't really say id recommend.

Very disappointed in our lunch. I took two people who came in from out of town. Was excited to come in to show them East Aurora. We were sat at a table that was right next to a vent on the floor. When the air started to flow, it was so cold and strong it literally moved one of the ladies hair up. So we moved ourselves to another table. There was no one else in the room. When our waitress came back she did not look pleased that we moved. We explained. She said she had to go and ask permission. She came back and said NO we had to move. The table we were at had a 6person reservation for 1pm. It was only 11:15. So we moved. About 20 min later a party of 4 was sat at that table. So false info she gave us. Then lunch was just ok. One had a banana pepper topped hamburger. The bun was so over cooked she took the hamburger off of it. The hamburger was so over cooked, she couldn't eat it (she ordered it medium). Banana pepper was bland. The other ordered a chicken sandwich. She could not even eat it. It was over cooked and tough. Neither would send back their food to ask for re-do. They left hungry. I had a salad. It was just ok. Did not show the best of EA for sure during this lunch.
my boyfriend & I came for our 2 year anniversary and left very satisfied ! the only thing that stopped us from giving a full 5 stars was the portion size . for the price we spent , we wished the main entree was a bit larger especially because they make such great leftovers ! overall , our experience was phenomenal . we were looking for our server (once we had already paid) and within minutes he was back to us while 4 other employees checked in to make sure he came back over . for being a busy Saturday night , we were sat & already digging into our appetizer 2 minutes after our scheduled reservation . great place to try out if you're looking into it , highly recommended ! I know we'll be back !

First time we dined here in 2024 and we had a wonderful experience. The hostess gave us a great table in the shade, service was very good and the food was excellent. My husband got the wagyu beef and it was excellent and not over the top expensive. And to make it an even better experience, I left my sunglass case at the table and they called me before we drove away . Totally impressed!

Overall wonderful experience! Food, Service, and general ambiance were fantastic! We sat upstairs on a patio area overlooking the street. Again for the most part that was wonderful BUT the several loud vehicles during the meal were disturbingly loud and obnoxious (mostly motorcycles). The only thing the restaurant could do is seek aggressive enforcement by local police. Other issue this time of year was about 30 minutes of blinding sun that could have been easily addressed with a curtain or shade. We will be back because the positives far outweighed the annoyances. Thanks for an overall pleasant experience!
