I just have to give a huge shout-out to the East Aurora Starbucks! 🙌 The staff here is absolutely amazing — always so friendly, welcoming, and quick with a smile.
Today I ordered a strawberry matcha drink with their cold cream strawberry topping, and WOW… the cold cream is off the charts! 🥤🍓✨ Hands down the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and the perfect balance with the matcha.
Every time I stop in, the service is consistent, warm, and top-notch. They really go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. If you haven’t tried this location yet, you’re missing out.

I visit a Starbucks at least once per day. The East Aurora Starbucks in Tops is close to home, so it’s convenient. I generally have decent experiences at the EA Starbucks, however, today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. I realize that the EA Starbucks is a small shop and I had a few drinks in my order, so I give the benefit of the doubt. This time though, I waited an hour for my order. My order should not have taken an hour, especially when most of my order was ready in ten minutes. Plus, three out of the for drinks were made incorrectly. I am not sure if the employees that were working at 830 am today need better training or they need an extra person or two, but today’s visit was the worst visit I have ever had to a Starbucks. Beware the EA Starbucks in tops.

Girl with the fake hair likes to fight minors and spread lies about children.. she drinks everyday before work and during work, her work quality is horrible, her attitude is discussing, and her customer service is outrageous

With how busy they get, they handle it extremely well and somehow still maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in front of sometimes unreasonably unruly customers. Sarah, especially, deserves a raise! My husband and I frequently visit this location and never have any complaints.
