Placed a I like order on the app for my lunch break, I got a whole turkey sub on herb and cheese bread with provolone cheese and lettuce and chipotle when I opened it after I got back to my jobs parking lot it was bread and turkey with chipotle. That’s it no cheese no lettuce nothing.. then I got baked potato chip and got plane lays classic. I’m sure they were busy but messing up that much really ruined my lunch.

Arrived to get food before work store was supposed to be open for an hour prior to me getting there was not greeted when I walked in stood there for seven minutes before she finally waited on me to then tell me she doesn’t even have any of the rolls ready yet so I cannot get anything besides a salad. Not sure why she said that when I walked in instead of making me stand there for nothing.

very nice place to stop in for a sub. the young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helped us out even though we didn't really know what we wanted... She was very patient with us. we love coming to this little town everyone is so friendly. we will definitely be back. oh, and we came to see the grinch sleigh behind vidlers. It was the original one from the movie. We ended up going to the Aurora theater to see the new Willy wonka movie. Which, by the way, was really good. And that theater is awesome. What a gem, you must stop in and see it. all in all, it was a great day to spend with my wife. I do love her.

I live in the city and have to travel to East Aurora for my vet. We usually have our cat with us so stopping at a EA staple is hard as we can't leave him in the car for long. I have to say there is no other subway that has a friendlier staff. They're always polite and extremely helpful. The place is also super clean. 10/10

Decided kinda late I was a little hungry on the 4th of July. Only place open within miles. People working are working hard and made the sub just how I asked. My only thing with subway is I don’t like how the menu is now days but it is what it is and I feel like it’s more expensive than what I expected. I’d rather go to a local pizzeria for subs

My expectations were high since this is in the town of East Aurora. The workers were busy when we walked in which is expected on a Friday night. even though it's busy doesn't mean that it shouldn't be sanitary. they had a lot of cross contamination between various meats, counters and knives. i specifically ordered pepperjack cheese not realizing that the cheese was covered in tuna. This could have put me into anaphylactic shock. I understand this is subway and you can't expect zero cross contamination but it was a whole scoop not just a drop of tuna. the knifes they were using were not clean after being placed in water and supposedly cleaned. they also used sub wraps to clean the tables where they prepared the subs instead of a towel.

Terrible food, tastes bland. I worked here a long time ago and came in on my day off because I was asked if I an come in. I said sure but will have to wait until the plow comes to plow out my parking lot. I was yelled at and told I must not like this job because I was only able to come in 2 hours to help on my day off

a clean , bright SUBWAY location in EA .. bring your coupons .. the food is good , fast, clean & fresh .. DONT believe the hype about the Tuna being fake ! .. it's one of my favorites & I'll always order it ..
