We were excited to try this restaurant and Saturday we arrived at the place about 2:30. It was busy inside but a nice young man told us we could sit at any open table. Since it was a beautiful day we chose annoutdoor table on the side of the building. We sat down and waited, not in any hurry because it was busy. HOWEVER two female servers walked by us, one of them at least twice, without saying a word or even looking at us. We sat for an additional 23 minutes ( after the first time a server walked by I looked at the time) and no one even came near our table. Not so much as a single acknowledgment. Very disappointing. Very poor customer service! We left with nothing but a bad taste for this place.

Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. I've tried everything on the menu and I can't pick just one item I love. It's all delicious! Everyone is so friendly. You won't be disappointed.
What a great bar with a comfortable environment. Every time I've been here it's been extremely crowded and hard to walk which is an indication of how great it is. But don't expect any personal space. Great drinks and a fun environment, especially if you come when they do karaoke.

Forget about the Bar-Bill which is overrated - this place is marvellous, wings are at least as great as Barr-Bill. We ate at Main and Hamlin because Bar-Bill had 13 people in the queue - apparently we talked with some local peoples and it seems this new place has been opened by the people which worked in Bar-Bill. AND - we haven’t spend that much money here. Totally recommend to visit it if you want decent buffalo wings. Also, consider chicken crunch sandwich - it’s awesome!

Went to Main and Hamlin to watch Thursday night football. Great atmosphere. We had wings and they were delicious. The bar was so well staffed for the game. Lots of TVs. The service was quick and perfect.
