After an exhaustive hunt at Vidler’s we needed to replenish our souls, stopped at the Irishman and all was good. We ordered a burger with fries and a grilled chicken and goat cheese salad, local IPA and a 2024 diet coke. Service was excellent, nice vibe and we enjoyed our time together. When i return, I’ll have to order the Reuben pizza and my wife will stay consistent and order the burger with fries and a 2024 diet coke

A sandwich and chicken fingers took an hour and 15 min with only one other table in the place. The kitchen/backdoor reeked like weed when I used the bathroom and it all made sense. Don't do drugs when you work.

Same owner as The Irishman in restaurant in East Aurora - which blew my hair back. So, I HAD to try this location. I ordered the same thing;; a Reuben and fries, with a holiday martini. My friend ordered the onion soup and shared my fries. The atmosphere was fantastic. Love the decor. Although, because of hard surfaces, even regular conversation made it a bit noisier than the place in East Aurora. The service was excellent and the waitress was absolutely on point, as was the hostess. Exceptional service. The drink, a creamy pumpkin martini was quite similar to the "gingerbread martini" at the East Aurora location, and I wonder if it was the same drink, but with a different name. Either way, they should serve the holiday drinks all year; as these are the best. As for the food. Very, very good. Although, if I'm to be completely honest, it didn't blow my hair back like the East Aurora location. The Reuben was very good: nothing wrong with it. The fries were average, not bad in any way. Just standard. However, the East Aurora location was SPECTACULAR! Something about their Reuben and fried, was THE BEST of each, if ever had! That's saying a lot for French fries and Reuben. Both of which were OUTSTANDING. If they could combine the beauty of the Amherst location and the food of the East Aurora location, then that would really be something. I prefer QUIET when I go to a restaurant. I'm looking to talk and enjoy my food. Not listen to loud music, hear babies screaming or people shouting. Both of these places were good on that front. Although, the East Aurora location has live music, it didn't when I went; and was quieter, so that was more preferable for me. This was an easy five stars, although, if I had to choose, id choose the East Aurora location. How about opening one in the middle, and making the perfect combination of both locations?

Are those really fresh cut fries? That's my question. Why does the wait staff wait till you have a mouth full of food too ask how your food is? The fries were double cooked and were not fresh cut like the menu says. They may have been fresh cut before freezing. We went on a Tuesday so it was very quiet and still very slow service. I will not be going back. Way too much money for pub food. And again THOSE ARE NOT FRESH CUT FRIES why lie!?. so it's the corned beef really "fresh" too?

I've been here a few times and generally enjoyed it. The food is good; the boys like it as well. The beer selection is great. It seemed to take a long time to get our food today.

We were seated promptly. The portion sizes are large. The food was pretty good but I wouldn't call this an old school Irish bar. The prices are lower than other bars in town. We will definitely go back.

The food was very good and it all came out fresh and hot. Portion sized we massive that includes the kids menu.Wings and blue cheese were great, as well as the Irish onion soup. The only knock would be that it took a little longer for the food, but the tastes, size, and warmth of the food made up for it.

My wife and I have been wanting to checkout The Irishman Pub in East Aurora, so we've finally did. Well folks, it definitely was not worth the wait. Speaking of wait time, let's start there. We were seated and it took over 20 minutes just for someone to come over, by the way, I had to get the waitress' attention or who knows, we still might be there with no drinks and no food. So we put in our drink order and dinner order at the same time, just in case, so a couple beers, a burger, and a , Rueben, nothing crazy. Well that took over 30 minutes to get, the food was way too heavy on the salt, especially the fries, it tasted like there was a pound of salt dumped on them. The burger and Rueben were nothing special, and definitely not worth the $15.00 each price tag. Through out the dinner our waitress never came back to see if we wanted another beer, and once again I had to flag her down to get the check. If you're looking for some decent pub food, I suggest you stray away from The Irishman Pub, and find another spot. Service bad, food not good, definitely didn't receive the luck of the Irish this night.

3 fish frys and chicken fingers, all were overcooked. Fingers were inedible. They took the fingers off the bill, but there was never a waitress around to complain to about the food! Never were asked if we wanted any refills on drinks. Not ever going back.

Serving a bit slow but for a decent reason. All food are freshly cooked. Love the pizza which dosent have a lot sauce on it. The dough is perfect.I did read review from other people. I agree that there is not much flavor in the food. All because there is not much sauce added in. I think the chef really try to keep whatever goes into our body healthy. All the taste I had here is the original flavor of the food.Everyone has their own lifestyle and this is just my opinion. Great place for my eating style!

We expected more Irish options than what was presented, lots of burgers and pizza. Service was a bit slow, food was a bit slower. The chicken sandwich is very mid and a little small. Nothing exciting about it at all, bland. I got my burger with no pink but it was dry and tough. I also think personally everything was over priced because our bill came out almost $60 for two of us.The soft pretzel was great however

Waited 45 minutes for my fish and chips. When it finally arrived the fish was so overcooked and chewy. Mgr blamed it on using Guiness for the batter. Mgr was not very pleasant but offered for me to order something different. She should have left my plate to at least eat the fries since I was waiting so long. It then took 25 minutes for an over cooked burger on an over toasted roll to arrive. With no one to follow up to see how things were. Waitress was less then enthusiastic and even less concerned.

Nice place to grab a bite with friends. Food was very good. Service was a bit slow but overall a good experience. The atmosphere is nice inside and there was some live music on Saturday, but nothing too loud or overwhelming. Good local choice for bar food.
