My order is always wrong whether I go through drive-thru or go in always out of stuff to make drinks and tries to substitute. Always makes a big deal to remake the drinks that are wrong. Went on December 8th 2023 I am going to stop coming to this morning's because every time I get drinks and food wrong. I always have to go to a different Tim Hortons so I can get my drinks made the right way

Took my family from out of town on Saturday. The place was disgusting, garbage can out of the bin and left in the dining room. All the tables were dirty and the bathroom was filthy. The garbage was overflowing with dirty diaper on top. So gross! The girls in the back were talking loud enough when we were in the dining room eating and you could hear the F bombs flying. I was so embarrassed for taking our out of town guests there. I don't believe we will ever go back. Tim Hortons has definitely gone down hill. We used to enjoy going, not anymore. I told a few people our experience and a few said the same thing, not a good experience at all.

Today was the worst encounter I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. I went through the drive thru ordered the simplest items at a bagel toasted with butter and 2 hash browns… I received the bagel with no butter on the entire one side and the other side had huge gulps of butter not even spread out and they only gave me one hash brown!! I threw out the bagel it was hard as a rock, just look at it completely inconsumable. I will never be stopping at this location again there’s plenty of other better Tim’s around, dont bother wasting your time or money at this location.

Walked in to order a hot chocolate. Both employees behind the counter were near the drive thru window on their phones. After 2 minutes they never looked up once and noticed me. Instead of speaking up I left. Not worth my time.

honestly so disappointed every time i come here. several times i have asked for donuts/timbits in the drive thru. im not sure if they can’t hear me or what gets lost in translation but they never give me what i ordered when im at the window. i’m generally unconfrontational and also work in the service industry so im really not one to say something. at this point im no longer supporting this business and am happy to be taking my business to a locally owned café

Staff was very rude. They cut me off while ordering. I order 6 croissants and charge me for 1 and I order 2 for 6 and they gave me 1. They made my drink wrong. They rushed and cut me off while ordering and they were very rude at the register.

This has to be one of the worst Tims around. My drive through order is usually wrong, like today when they gave me sausage instead of bacon. They are always out of things and some of the workers are straight up miserable. Save your time and money and go to a different location!

I can't say much about the food, but as for the coffee, the cream and sugar portions are much lower than literally every other Tim Hortons 90% of the time, and the other 10%, it's way too much cream and sugar. my most recent visit, I swear they gave me a cup of creamer with a shot of coffee. I've gone to this location a lot only for convenience, and I've been disappointed every time, enough so to sit in my car and type this review

My order is unusual to say the least and I understand it can be frustrating for some. The woman today listened and understood exactly what I was saying and made the perfect caramel machiatto for me. She may have thought My request for the decaf in it was weird but she didn't question and did an amazing job. Thank you.

Stop shoving the transgender and woke movement down everyone's throats! why do we need 2 Bathrooms with confusing images on them? when I go to a bathroom I look for a men's and women's sign to know which one to use. I needed a urinal but the bathroom I chose didn't have one and it made me feel wrong awkward and uncomfortable! I will not be returning to this location ever again! And who gives someone a paper straw for a frozen drink? How dumb are the employees?
