Nestled in a small corner of a plaza in East Aurora New York is Touka Sushi. As you walk in you're greeted by the cheery sight of their aquarium which hosts several happy, curious and vibrant fish.
I order the Beginner's Combo and have had it with the salad and at other times, the onion soup. To me the onion soup is my favourite choice. It's flavourful and simple tasting in the best way. It's lovely and oniony but also has a light mushroom flavour as well.
Everything is freshly made to order and is of such great quality. The rich is never cold and is always very tasty and tender.
The fish is so fresh. I am so glad that I know about this place and always look forward to having their sushi.

I love coming here for some sushi, especially while I’m out and about. I always get a cook amount of sushi while I’m there and never end up with left overs! Everything is made after you order it and usually ready to pick up within 10-20 minutes depending on the amount you order. Dining in is also good, but I personally prefer takeout just because of the establishment being a little smaller than others! Overall, great service, excellent and fresh sushi, and amazing/cheap prices! 🍣🍱

High quality and delicious sushi. The hibachi meals are excellent as well. Our favorite place to get take out in town. Staff is friendly and the food is always consistent and made fresh. Their space is small but inviting. The red rose roll, shrimp mango roll, and sweetheart roll are my favorites. Proud supporter of Touka, A+!

Sushi and sashimi were excellent!
Kid-friendliness: Service and food were excellent. We ordered a huge platter of sushi/sashimi and leftovers were gone before bed! Steak Hibachi with shrimp was excellent. Seating was not fancy but we can't wait to return.

Don’t let Touka’s cozy chaos deceive you—this hidden gem is a takeout dream! At first glance, the place might seem a little cluttered, with a small, jam-packed fish tank that gave me pause when I went in. But once I took my order to-go, I was in for a delightful surprise. I got the sushi and sashimi platter, and wow—this place knows its sushi! The portions are generous, the flavors are fresh and vibrant, and every bite felt like a treat.
For my fellow gluten-free folks, rejoice—Touka even has gluten-free tamari! Finding a place that caters to Celiac-friendly options with such great quality is a rare win. Honestly, this sushi easily beats anything I’ve had in the city and is miles ahead of grocery store offerings.
One little note for the owner: thank you for being our beloved sushi spot here in the southtowns! But I’d love to see those beautiful fish with a bit more room to swim. It was a small heartbreak seeing them in such a tiny tank, and it’s the one thing that almost kept me from discovering this fantastic spot.

I've only ordered by delivery from here. Many times. Great food. Presentation is beautiful and food tastes amazing and good quality. We just never get chop sticks no matter how many times we leave notes on the order. My only complaint
