I was with my Dad who uses a walker. The owner was very helpful. The staff was great. It was a beautiful day for looking out over the lake. We enjoyed our German meals, a not so common treat. Definitely a place to check out.

My dad and I enjoyed the classic German cuisine. It was a perfect day for outdoor dining, and the lake view was beautiful. The outdoor seating area is wheelchair accessible. The owner is very kind and helpful. The staff is great. Highly recommend.

Supposed to be open on Friday at 3:00 p.m. at 4:00 nobody there. No notice on their website Facebook page anywhere. It's an hour drive for me so it's a bit of a disappointment. But the 21st century I really shouldn't have to call ahead.
It is an excellent place to share with the family, very spacious, excellent food, the service is excellent. Their bar area is spacious AND they have different types of cocktails to offer. It is ideal for children, it has a large green area, you can bring your children to have fun in the sand or they can even enter the lake. Ample parking spaces, space for disabled personnel in the parking lot and access with a ramp for wheelchairs.

We stopped by here to get food while visiting Thompson Lake. The staff was very friendly. There is a friendly dog here as well. The restaurant is open all year and the lake view is gorgeous. We ordered food to go. Will come again.
