“This brewery has a great vibe. Check out their calendar for when they have live music and a food truck. Its a great afternoon in their outside Pavillion enjoying drinks, music, and food.
The other reviews say that the brewery is dog friendly. Its kind of an understatement. They have brought treats and water out to each dog here.
We've been several times and will be back!”

“We had a joyous birthday celebration at my son’s favorite restaurant. Akanomi’s staff and sushi chefs, itamae, excelled at all endeavors. Vivan was spot on with her suggestions and service. She anticipated all of our needs, especially with our children. The chicken soba soup, tuna carpaccio and Hawaii Rolls were our favorites. Then the sashimi / sushi mixed roll party docked. It was stunning in presentation, offerings and taste. Oh my, it was very impressive. A most wonderful time was had by all.”

“Stopped in on our way to make a shed delivery. Besides having excellent food (the burgers are superb and according to my son “it’s the best breakfast spot yet”) they have adequate parking to accommodate a truck and trailer. The owners are super nice, their meats are sourced out of their family farm and they have a grab and go option for when they aren’t open! 10/10 recommend. We will definitely be back!”

“We went to a wedding celebration at the Altamont Vinyards. What a beautiful place this is. From the view to the staff and food they served everything was perfect.
If you have never been here, do yourself a favor and set aside a day to go for a woodfired pizza and a glass of wine to relax and enjoy the view! You'll go back”

“Sometimes you just want Wanton Soup. Bamboo does a great job with all their dumplings and the other American Chinese food. The owners seem to be an older couple that care more about their food quality than anywhere else in Schenectady. I wish they made real Chinese food as well! I feel like they would make killer Dongpo Pork, Chicken Feet, Tendon with Sea Cucumber, Jellyfish Salad, etc. If you like Beef Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, Sweet and Sour, this place has the BEST American style Chinese food. I haven't tried their pork yet, and that is usually the protein American Chinese makes hard, dry, and sometimes inedible (Scotia/Glenville Chinese food comes to mind, if anyone could make decent Asian food, you'd make generational wealth with all the terrible Asian food in Scotia/Glenville). The only bad thing is the atmosphere. Let's be honest, you aren't bringing a date here, or sitting down for a traditional family style Chinese meal. So atmosphere shouldn't be a problem. This isn't my favorite style of food, I'd rather go to Hu's House or Ala Shanghai. If American Chinese is your thing, DEFINITELY give this place a try!!!”

“Recently went out to dinner with a friend that loves chips and guac as much as I do. Neither of us had been to the restaurant in Altamont so we were excited to share a new experience together.

Before I even left, I was planning my next visit. The service was so friendly. The food delicious. One of my favorite guacamoles I’ve had. The sangria was light and refreshing, went down a little too easy.

We each ordered three tacos à la carte to create our own platter but I’d recommend adding a taco trio to the menu. Also the Al pastor was too spicy for my palate but to be fair i truly have no tolerance for spice.

Lastly for my fellow parents, their kids meals are $5.99!!!

“Volunteered at a wonderful event for Petey's Legacy, a local pitbull rescue. Many other rescues were in attendence, there was live music, and a performance from Hedlawitches! De Fazios was serving up their amazing pizza, and the outdoor taproom was open as well, serving hard ciders, beers, and a specialty drink as well as a specialty pup cup! A perfect first day of November!”

“What a gem of a restaurant! Great food, drinks and atmosphere. The staff is fantastic too! Absolutely the best pizza in the Capitol district. Anthony's has elevated Voorheesville as a destination not to be missed. Live music, the outside bar and deck with the backyard vibe of corn hole, fire pits and mini golf make Anthony's the best place to go for a date or with family. We definitely will be back:)🎶”

“First time visiting Bamboo Garden, the young lady behind the counter was sweet and friendly. My son ordered crab rangoons and he says they are the biggest he has ever seen!!
