Went there last night. If you’re looking for atmosphere you’re in the wrong place. It’s bare bones. If you’re looking for the best tacos and street corn in the area, then bingo, you’re there. Had the carne asada taco which was out of this world. Seasoned just right. The elote (Mexican street corn) was the finest I’ve ever had. Outstanding food. I will be back!
Really enjoyable experience. Exceedingly fast! If you like cilantro and lime, you’re in the right place! Excellent texture and well balanced flavors. A bit pricey but worth the quality.
Finally. I feel like we’ve been looking for these tacos since we moved to the area. Good portions, super high-quality, and double wrapped. And the guac was legitimate — mixed in jalapeños, avocado, onion and not slushy like some spots. We hope they set up shop in Hudson, but for now we’ll keep driving out to the truck!
