Pleasantly surprised with this place. It's a gas station and convenience store located in a fairly rural area. They make very decent sandwiches using Boars Head cold cuts and plenty of other breakfast and lunch time options. The staff is very friendly and courteous. When I visited they had a bunch of tables and benches outside allowing you to sit and enjoy your meal. If you find yourself in upstate New York and in the area, this is a pretty good place to stop for some gas and food.

So dirty inside they need a serious make over inside and out. The staff doesn't care what you are buying and attitudes not worth the trip. Prices are way to high

A quick bite to eat.. Locally grown food, made fresh to order I n the kitchen! The Ruben, cheesesteak, burgers, omelet’s, chicken Quesadillas are the top choice.Would like to see some more homemade sweet bites like cookies and pie to have with ice cream.Love the local warm community feel.

If you're driving through upstate NY, and you pass The Milk Run...stop.* You might assume this is just another run-of-the-mill gas station, the kind that exists across America every few miles, but you'd be wrong. Why do you assume? You know what happens when you assume. Yes, they've got gas pumps that work like everyone else's (although these are branded The Milk Run, as they should be). Yes, they've got candy, and chips, and beef jerky, and coffee, and sodas, and cigarettes, and lotto tickets. But they've also got non-surly service, a pretty solid selection of craft beer, and best of all, an actual food counter where you can get real food. They've got made-to-order breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, and actual sandwiches made with Boar's Head cold cuts. ____________ *I feel like I shouldn't need to say this, but don't just stop short on the road. Pull into their large parking lot. Use your brain.
