Juan at Cotto at the LGA terminal C location was very attentive while visiting the terminal on our way back home from our NYC visit. It’s such a pleasant surprise to find a restaurant like this at the airport. Since there’s only one staff member, you might need to look for them for a bit, but they’re very patient and attentive. Ramen dishes are very expensive. For the price charged (~US$ 15) they should add at least one slide of pork meet and half boiled egg to make the dish a bit closer to what it is served in ordinary ramen places in Japan.
It is outrageous to have the tip (18%) included in the bill without giving the possibility to the customer to set the rate. Besides that why we have to pay tip if the order is placed via tablet and apps?
