Don’t even know their menu they are slow as hell ordered blackened wrap with blackened ranch and they gave me a normal crisply tender wrap instead with blackened ranch. Ordered online to pickup and they take 10 years to make it

Worst service that I had ever in popeyes, Astoria blvd store , need yo hire more employees.. more than 30 min waiting just for a chicken sandwich .. umbelievable

I had a very frustrating experience at Popeyes I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but when I arrived, the outside door was locked. I clearly see the staff inside, and they were waving their hands indicating the store was closed—no explanation, no notice, nothing.

I contacted customer service, and they confirmed the store was supposed to be open, which made the situation even more confusing.

A week later, I went back to the same location and asked about my order. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. They kept insisting it wasn’t possible that I placed an order there, even though I live in the same neighborhood and used the correct address. They didn’t even try to resolve the issue.

After almost two weeks of going back and forth with customer service, I finally got my refund—but the whole experience was a waste of time.

On top the staff is unprofessional. I would not recommend this location at all.

More than 19 chair but no restroom & no heat.

I recently had the spicy chicken breasts at this spot, and they were fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crispy and crunchy on the outside, while staying juicy and flavorful inside. The spice level hit just right and gave a satisfying kick without being overwhelming. For the price I paid, the meal was incredibly fulfilling and felt like great value for the money.

The only downside to the experience was the atmosphere. One of the workers repeatedly shouted “Uncle” to the cook in the back to get orders prepared. While I understand that the team was small (there were only three people working) this yelling disrupted the otherwise enjoyable visit. Even if it was meant to be efficient, it didn’t create a calm vibe. That said, I can cut them some slack, but finding a quieter way to communicate would definitely improve the dining experience.

Do NOT go to this Popeyes! Out of all Popeyes restaurants I have been to, this place is the absolute WORST PLACE TO GO! I live relatively close to this Popeyes and have had the displeasure of being served horrible dry tasting food, with even finding hairs on MULTIPLE occasions. Along with the horrid food, the absolute rude and unhelpful service go perfectly along with their food. The service people were rude, and even one time I had ordered food online for pickup, just to come to the restaurant for them to tell me they were sold out the whole day. Not only did I not get a refund, the service I received from the manager was unhelpful and rude, almost as if they did not care at all! I do not recommend anyone going here, and recommend people going to the newly opened Popeyes that is only a few blocks away, of which I have received much better food, and out standing service at that location.
