Absolutely Love the Burnt-hills store. I ordered online went to pick it up. It was done in the time they quoted! The kid at the window was so so nice . Wish I knew his name I would give him a shout out! The pizza was delicious and hot when we got home! Overall a great experience with great pizza! Can't ask for better than that!!

I have been here twice now and they had friendly and efficient service each time. I placed and order online and picked up in restaurant. Great portions for their "moon" sandwiches as well :)Edit: went back for dine in service tonight friendly server, he was very busy but he made it work. Got a large pizza & few appsGreat experience again, same server-very attentive and friendly!Another visit and this place does not disappoint, the server was excellent as well as everything out of the kitchen. The kitchen forgot to fire something and they got it right out to the table and comped the bill. If you haven't been here yet you are truly missing out. Get anything you want on a handmade moon roll for the best sandwich of your life!Parking: Not a huge lot but usually a spot to parkKid-friendliness: Had high chairs, kids menus, & crayons. Lots of fun options on the kids menu too!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and parking

The pizza here is definitely better than it used to be since they built the new building. Not sure why that would be, but it's a fact. The pizza used to be incredibly soggy consistently. I don't know how they fixed that issue but it's been taken care of. The pizza is tasty without a doubt! However, it must be said that it is just TOO expensive for what you get! I mean come on guys, there's no gold leaf on those pizzas! Every time we order the price has increased (probably to pay for that new fancy building). Please stop extorting the customers or all you will hear is crickets soon.
