The fish and chips were so fresh and delicious! The specials are routinely great! I love the shrimp as well! Another family favorite is the French dip moon!
I seem to have an issue every time I order food. Have spent probably thousands from them. I just called to inform them and the solution was for me to ask the person on the phone to repeat the order back to me to ensure accuracy, which I have done numerous times. The lack of accountability and correcting their problems within is concerning.
Reviewing for Pizza Works Ballston Spa location. Arguably one of the worst pizzas I've had. A soggy, non-structural mess. Grease pool in the middle of the box. The crust is clearly made of dough because it was still soft and had zero crunch (it peeled apart). Also forgot our ranch. The toppings were the only edible part. Moved in down the street 2 days ago and comfortably never ordering from here again.

Pizza Works caters to families with high chairs, kids menus, and crayons available. While the booths can be a tight squeeze, the chairs at the non-booth tables are comfortable. Overall, Pizza Works provides a great dining experience with excellent service, delicious food, and a friendly vibe.
