my favorite saturday brunch, its always an amazing experience. the food is always 10/10 and the drinks are perfect, aurora is my favorite waitress and i request a table in her section every single time. she’s always so friendly and gives the best service, always checking in with me even if it’s packed. and the new building is beautiful and spacious! this place never misses!!

Long time madison cafe-er, first time dining in east green bush. Can we please take a moment to appreciate the charming atmosphere, the aroma of coffee as you enter and the new friends waiting to serve you. Their house made bloody marry was to die for, as a pickle girly, I loved the pickle mary, the croissant royal is my go to. The service was speedy and friendly, thank you to the manager and bartender for a lovely experience!

The food is phenomenal so delicious only wish they would've cut my breakfast sandwich the plastic knife was no help and the to go containers were very flimsy but the food was great good flavor

So happy they opened a new location in East Greenbush! We’ve been to another Cafe Madison spot before and this one lives up to the name. The food is just as good, the place is clean and bright, and the staff is incredibly friendly with just the right level of attentiveness. You can tell they really care about the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Can't believe they recaptured the quality, service, and atmosphere of their Albany locations but they did it!

Both of the other Cafe Madison locations are a couple of my top choices for breakfast spots in the area. Being the third of the Cafe Madison locations, I wasn't sure how it was going to compare to the other two.
It did not disappoint! I would say equal if not slightly better than the other two locations. The menu has a few new additions to it as well as subtractions.

I think they have to work on service a little bit, no one seemed to know who was responsible for our table. However that did not impact the service we received. Various servers, runners and even bartenders were checking in periodically/running our food.
Overall it was delicious and a delightful time!

I’ve been to the Madison Cafe in Albany and had a pleasant experience. We were super excited to have one so close to home now. However, the east greenbush one was disappointing. The one thing that was positive was the atmosphere - it is clean and new. The drinks and food were disappointing and quite frankly cold and lackluster. First, for a breakfast and brunch establishment, the cappuccino was tiny, expensive and poorly made. There was also no coffee menu to be seen. The $12, “pull apart, skillet cinnamon rolls” were in fact, 4 tiny…clearly frozen…microwave reheated…hard dry pucks…placed in a cold skillet smothered in poor quality canned icing (think Walmart level gingerbread house icing). The eggs that came on the hash skillet were raw - not just runny, which is fine - raw..with the white mucus like part of the egg still hanging out on top of the lukewarm soggy hash and unseasoned whole potato’s being passed off as home fries. For the hype, it did not live up to it.
