Breakfast was delicious, waitress was sweet. Love the country store. Unique and beautiful items.
I love their catfish dinner!!! The only problem is that I wish that you could get a side salad as a side option. I hate the carrots!!! They are too bland. Even with butter and salt!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking zone is off to one side of the building. A bit of a walk to the front door.

So I love Cracker Barrel but trust me this is not the right one to eat at. The cooks need to be sent to a southern Cracker Barrel for retraining. Very poor showing from a restaurant I love to eat at.

First time I have had a bad meal at CB. The soda was flat, the meal my date had was cold (we sent it back) and my chicken and dumplings was largely just dumplings (very little chicken to be found)! It wasn’t busy but perhaps the cook was having a bad night. Very disappointed with our visit.

Didn’t get any biscuits. As 2 people were serving our food we knocked over a glass and they continued to serve and left. Finally a different server came out to help clean it up.
We had to find someone to bring us containers to take home leftovers. Waitress not to be seen until she brought us our check.
Food and service was not near as good as we had remembered.
Love the store and the service out there was very good!
Wheelchair accessibility: They found a good table and removed 2 chairs for the wheelchair.

I visited this restaurant on 3/21. Ordered take out of 3 dinners to treat my nephew and my brother who was discharged from the hospital that day. Total bill over 60 dollars. We were given 1 biscuit and 1 corn muffin with our order, no butter. Very disappointing.
The "manager" rick is extremely rude. We had a plethora of issues with our order (not the servers fault.) Shes understandably busy on a sunday. he left the check after arguing about egg cooking and as he was walking away he said "there's nothing else I can do for you." Its a shame that this place has gone this far down. I feel bad the servers have to work under such an arrogant poor excuse of a "manager". Needless to say we won't be back even if it's the last place open.

Waited for 20 minutes after being seated, watched 4 other tables get waited on. Got up and left, very disappointed. Let the hostess know on our way out.

Went there for the first time today and it was terrible… Table for two the server greeted us fairly soon. Cups were dirty. Then we waited over 35 minutes to receive a “strawberry mimosa”, all we ordered was a mimosa. It finally got to us with an inch of dyed powdered sugar sitting in the bottomless. The pictures uploaded is after the sugar settled ( i stirred it myself for about 3 minutes) wow Absolutely disgusting and horrible service.

Our server was very nice and attentive which was the bright spot of our visit. However the food was abysmal. We got the fried catfish and pork chop. Both were soggy from sitting in a puddle of grease. The catfish was almost mushy (?) and neither dish had any seasoning. I wasn't expecting fine dining but I didn't think I would walk out regretting not just getting Wendy's.

Our server, Matt, is one of the best servers we’ve ever had at CB. He promptly greeted us, brought our drinks quickly, and served us our meal quite fast. He checked back on us regularly, not too much, just right. Nice sense of humor, very attentive, and kind. He was a delight.
Our Friday fish fry was tasty. Unfortunately it has significantly decreased in serving size. The price has risen to $16.99. The carrots are always yummy, as was the coleslaw. The coca cola cake is a favorite. We were just disappointed in the higher cost.
We were tickled to find Hydrox cookies in the store. My husband prefers them over Oreo. Haven’t seen them in years. Also the life saver butter rum flavor is difficult to find. Plus found a great Highlight Easter sticker book for my 5- year old niece. Love the store.
Parking: Close to the store, plenty of handicapped spots, lot reasonably clear of snow and ice (big storm this week), well lit.

Line management in the country store is very poor, waited 10 minutes in line with some other folks just for us all to be redirected into another line when it was finally my turn to check out. Please put up a sign or have cashiers pay attention and direct the line. I walked out without purchasing anything, not worth waiting all over again.
My food was barely warm ,except for the sweet potato casarole. The hostess was sitting everyone so close together while the rest of the room was almost empty. People were telling her they did not want the table she gave them and she had to change their table.
