I gave this one a 3 star due to this being the second time an order was stolen from me. I was told by management and employees they do not check for the order number when someone shows up to pick up the order so if you have the name of the person who ordered it and some how some details they will give you the order. The suspicious thing about the incident is that while I was on the phone and my spouse was entering the complaint the order was canceled almost as if the theif was still in the restaurant. I was shown the receipt that had the order number on it and the staf explained they have no control over anything they just get a print out of the receipt. I told them to request the order number next time someone shows up, I give them credit for making the entire order over. They blamed Uber eats app for an error or security breach on their end. They also showed me some photos that they had of the perp so let's see if that perp comes back to make another grab.
There is a women who works nights on Sunday an Monday late nights who is very rude to everyone not js my husband and I! As soon as she knows u r a dasher her whole demeanor changes. She becomes very rude and disrespectful and makes demands. I watched three other customers/dashers walk out very disrespected! As my husband an I were. She isn't my usual waitress Samantha only see this women again on Sunday an Mondays late nights! Very unprofessional! She shouldn't even get this one star! And ofc u go on website to make a complaint and it won't let u submit one!

My grandson ordered Door dash last night he got a burrito and nachos with cheese on the side. They charged him 6.99 for 9 nachos! The burrito was mostly flour tortilla. The cheese sauce on the side was the only thing that was worth it. 26$ for the food alone and whoever made his food should be ashamed to pass that out to a customer. I'm tired of this Dennys location shenanigans. The people just don't seem to care.

The waitress was fine, but the host spent the entire time talking to the kitchen stops in a really loud tone and just blubbering about her personal life. I couldn’t even join my meal without listening to her personal problems.
