Was not informed over the phone about cash transactions only. Arrived there was given attitude for not having cash. Left the establishment to go across the way to get cash from an ATM where I was charged a service fee then was told I was a liar and that I was informed it was communicated it was cash only. If that was the case I would of canceled the order but I was an adult about the situation got the cash and returned to get my food and was then pressured into leaving a tip as if I didn't just have to go out of my way to purchase this food. I will not dine here again.

Last week worst Chinese meal ever! Lunch special to go egg foo young and egg roll, soup and fried rice. egg roll was saturated with oil, absolutely disgusting. We have had hundreds of egg rollsAnd know how they should be cooked. Rice was tasteless and not seasoned. Egg foo young was very greasy and not cooked properly and had very few shrimps in it. the sauce or gravy on the side was absolutely disgusting and the worst ever. After many years going to this place, we will never go again!!!. They don't care about quality at all and do NOT know how to cook Chinese food properly.

Hate to be a Karen, but I get there to place an order and they don't accept cards. I go out, find some cash, come back, try to order stuff but they're out of that. So I changed my mind in order a different thing but they're out of that too. Do y'all want my patronage or not? Lady at the counter was nice enough though

Got 2 fried rice and fried chicken plates. A1 freebands!! Great food and at a great price!!! Can't go wrong here. Also, I need to add that the prices are phenomenal.
Came in to purchase food. Tables were dirty. I asked to have someone wipe the table and was handed the spray and cloth was told if i want to eat there i would have to wipe it myself. Cannot believe the customer service some Chinese or asían lady skinny and tall said my boss said you cannot sit here. I paid for food and services. I tipped the young man at the counter and 10$ for my $47 food purchase. And still was unable to sit. Some restaurant they are they don’t care for their customers
Worst chinese food in the area of East Greenbush. They dont like to clean and complain about children eating there. Today i went and was told my children could not eat there because their chairs and tables get dirty ? Where else would they sit? Im paying for the food and service and your complaining? Easy to say now i see why their a 3 star and will remain that. Untill they learn to clean and respect their customers i will not spend one penny on that one star earning restaurant

Double dragon has dominated the Chinese food market in all of the 518 for like the last 20 years for a reason. Literally won’t go anywhere else for general tsos… their general tso chicken is what general tso chicken SHOULD taste like. Also if you haven’t had double dragon yet and live in the 518 then chances are you 100% live under a rock and I pity you.
