I went through the drive through on 8/22/25 a older male worker who’s name started with a R, repeatedly made me try and reach all the way through my car window and the drive through window with my sports bra on pulling further and further back making me reach. While constantly laughing and giggling. Until finally I said I wouldn’t be reaching any further after having said it at least three times and needing to yell at him, which he finally stopped. This made me really uncomfortable. Only after the fact did I realized how truly inappropriate this to do to younger women. Please think about the actions of your employees. And after being played with through the window the employee didn’t even give me a fork to eat with.

So went there today 7/17/2025 and ordered my coffee. I have a preloaded Dunkin card that had over $25.00 on it. The kid told me there was nothing on it. I thought it was weird as I just put money on the card and had my receipt . I asked for my card back and he gave me a different card. I said that’s not my card and told him I want mine back now. He walked away came back a few minutes later and tossed the card at me and slammed the windows. Got home checked on my account and sure enough there is $25.00 on it. I believe he was trying to rip me off and when you try to call the place no answer. This is at the East Greenbush NY location. Columbia turnpike . I will be headed there in the am to file a complaint with the manager.

I come here often and order latte, but in the past few months the lattes have been made with coffee instead of espresso, and the most recent trip I was given an iced coffee with a splash of milk instead of the latte I ordered.

Sad to say this review for 577 Columbia Tpke. is after a 3rd strike. Really not sure why this place is even open as they never seem to have anything!
1st time: Went to order a few munchkins & they didn't have any. When asked what time they expected them to be available, the employee's response was; "I don't know if we can make those today." ?
2nd: We asked to grab a Box O'Joe sized hot chocolate for a kid's game... they didn't know how to accommodate. ? (The Dunkin' on Troy Rd. had no problem with it; they just took a few carafes of hot water & added the cocoa mix... not difficult!)
3rd: Used app in the morning to order 50 munchkins & 2 dozen donuts for a 2pm pickup. Pulled through the drive thru at 2pm & was told "Yeah, we couldn't fulfill your order." ??? Awesome... Nobody called, text, or even sent a message thru the app to let us know at any time during the day. Then when we pulled up for a refund, the cashier gave US an attitude. Seriously? We were all extremely annoyed at this terrible inconvenience but weren't rude...so why were they mad?
Guess I was wrong to assume Dunkin' Donuts would have donuts... we'll know better in the future and avoid this place that will now be known as Dunkin' Disappointment.

Went to this place to try a new drink, iced potion macchiato. Service was AWFUL, she was so rude to us, messed up our order on purpose because she gave us a hot drink when we ordered iced and I corrected her. She gave me 2 plain black coffees as a replacement, it doesn’t even have what we ordered written on the side. 0/10 I heavily don’t recommend coming here if you want what you ordered.

Dining in here was a disappointment. First issue was upon ordering the food. We were told that "they are strict" about the Meal Deals and would not remove the bacon from the sandwhich. We still ordered serveral things. A lightly toasted bagel with Cream cheese (for a small child) was served literally black around the edges and my child did not finish it. We always order a coffee with no sugar which was given to us with 4 sugars. They were not busy, yet the tables were not clean. We wont be returning.

I love donuts just not these taste like day old grease
Very Disappointed went to dive thru and ordered hot chocolate drive thru I was in the line for over 10 minutes. Got the hot chocolate took a sip and it tasted watered down. Went inside and told them had it remade and still tasted watered down a large hot chocolate cost almost 5 dollars thrown down the drain. Never Again absolutely disgusted.

Been having issues with our coffees being made as ordered. My coffee ordered yesterday lacked ANY sweetener.... as 4 Splenda were requested but not provided. Frozen coffees are hit or miss depending on whether the machine has been cleaned and filled. Otherwise, staff are courteous and professional to correct any issues.
