This location needs some training I've visited atleast 25 times in the past 2 months from messed up chai ...to watered down iced coffee to burnt cross crossaint to not getting my order right!! Yup not forgetting this morning to dry just a splatter of cheese on top of my loaded hash browns with burnt bacon bits !!!!! Absolutely terrible!!!!!! I only go here because it's next to my job I absolutely hate this location!!

I just ordered snack and bacon for it to be completely burned. I was able to eat one piece that wasn’t burned. For $4 this is not great. People here were yelling at eachother and miserable to customers

Usually the staff and service is alright. But it seems like there is a closer for Friday who closes everything when she is last one and even if it's 2 hrs earlier than closing time. The worst part is they refuse to refund for online orders , I guess they hate their job but it's not nice to take it on customers 😕. In a way I feel like my money is stolen anyways disputing with my credit card on this

This review is long overdue. This location is the only location that I’m willing to visit these days. Their donuts are always fresh and their staff are polite and courteous. Jess particularly is a sweet person. Whenever I go there, Jess knows exactly what I want and has everything picked out before I can place my order. It’s incredible to know that as busy as mornings are at Dunkin she finds the time to make my experience as a customer so personal. She always greets me with a smile and such a cheery attitude. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and no matter how rough a morning you’re having you can’t help but to smile back. People like her are hard to come by with her innate ability to shift your entire morning and set the tone for the rest of the day. Hats off Jess!!! You’re one of one!!! 🥳

I can't seem to fathom why Dunkin fills their coffee halfway with foam. My coffee was gone before I got home (15 min drive). $6 for a latte 3/4 of the way filled. And this is at nearly every Dunkin ice gone to in the capital district. I truly should not pay $6 for a coffee and have to go back in and beg them to fill my coffee back up

If you dam people will stay off your phones and pay attention to your orders. I would have sugar in my coffee. 3 days in a row. Ask for 5sugar 4 cream. Get cream no sugar. Is it to much like work for you lazy people to get it right. Bad enough your in drive through line 10-15 min or more each time. Disgusting. Start going to stewarts next door. Pay you people 3 something a coffee to get it wrong

Drive thru order number 1527 on 9/12/24 at 2:29:31pm. The egg bites were absolutely still cold. This is unacceptable. I tried calling to speak to someone and the listed number is no longer in service. An absolutely dookie business. There was no line. I would have waited for some hot food. Most places are barely worth spending a dollar at anymore. A real shame.
Ordered for pick up thru the app, got there an hour and a half before closing and they had most of the machines taken apart for cleaning. So for what I paid I was offered something, I didn't want, that cost half as much. Next time I'll go to another location
