Every single morning I come through the latte machine is not available because it has yet to be cleaned. I understand it happening once or twice but this is every single morning. I’m sorry but if you can’t get the morning procedures done in time then maybe you need to reevaluate the process.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. I place my order with a female (scissor tattoo on her arm) who could not be bothered to look at me because she was too busy on her phone (I was horrified when I realized she was the one preparing my order). A gentlemen took my payment and was very friendly. The female was not at all. She basically shoved the bag with the food in my hand was walked directly to her phone. Upon exiting this location there was another female working stand directly outside the door smoking marijuana (right in front of the door). At that moment I decided to toss my food order. I didn't want any of the energy from that location. Never again.

I came here in the morning for a sandwich and a iced coffee. But the staff was extremely rude and the store was not clean at all half the machines "didn't work" and half the employees weren't working either, it's kinda crazy how you can run such a dysfunctional store with employees that have no willingness to work. ?

One of the few locations where actual employees are not from a different culture. Therefore, the place was very clean and employees were really spot on.
Place was chaotic, and simple drinks needed to be remade. The strange part was that the staff were prioritizing customers in the drive through, continually ignoring us inside. Even after getting their attention it took over six minutes to get an iced tea and iced coffee repoured.
Donut was fresh and great, but I don't think I'll be giving this location another shot for a while.
