Never had a problem ordering from Elias Pizzeria until last night. Ordered a pizza to receive it with the toppings being on the cardboard. Brought the pizza back showed them asked for a replacement told 15 minutes ok no problem. Go back 15 minutes later to being accused by the workers telling me that I dropped the pizza and that it was my fault. Mind you I order atleast once a week from them and never had an issues. And second off why would I drop a pizza and I said that to them and they laughed at me said they were joking. My friend came in waited for the pizza and come to find out charged him for a pizza I already paid for. We went back and demanded for a refund and only get half of his money back. At this point it was no longer worth the argument. I called today when they opened asked to speak to a manager and instead was hung up on and for my phone call after to be hung up on again. Not sure if anyone else had these new issues with them but there’s mine. Perhaps new workers. What a shame. Never ordering from them again and I’m letting everyone know before it happens to someone else that may not be able to afford paying the price of two pizzas and receiving one.

I wouldn’t recommend ever ordering from this restaurant. Horrible customer service. I placed a delivery order at 7:01 pm and called the restaurant at 8:22 pm asking where my order was. They had “lost” my order but were putting it in a delivery bag as I was speaking with them. At 8:53pm I called them back asking yet again where my order was (mind you I live two minutes down the road) they then proceeded to say that we’re not very good customers so oh well. We usually do order from them at least 3 or 4 times a month. I honestly would never order from them again and would suggest everyone does the same

Pizza was a little undercooked.
I guess a 30% tip was not enough for the driver because they dropped my pizza on my step, honked the horn and drove away.
Couldn’t even be bothered to call my phone or hand the pizza to me.
I did not make them wait either…

Not sure if they’ve changed owners or management but quality and service have really fallen off.
Got my order wrong. They reimbursed me some of the money but doesn’t make up for a wrong/wasted food item.

We ordered pick up and food was ready very fast 7 minutes which should have been the first red flag considering it was a large order pizza calzone salad and ziti meatballs - the pasta was rancid tasted 3 days old and metallic - we called them hoping they would just be kind and apologetic instead we were asked in a very rude way - what do you want me to do ? Like he could care less - I asked for his name - he refused to give his name and said I could call back and ask for Tarik….. sorry but you have lost my business - I gave you an opportunity as I understand things happen and mistakes happen but your attitude that you could care less is not a good look - meatballs were hard like rocks like they were nuked int eh microwave 3 days ago

I have always Loved this pizza place in my neighborhood and have ordered frequentlyToday I am so disappointed as in an attempt to make an order on the phone the gentleman was quite impatient telling me I couldn’t have onions on my salad (because “we don’t do that here”) why ? Why can’t I have onions on my salad ? Then stated to my question and inquiring about my pizza order he stated “I have to go I have people waiting in line “I’m like uhhh ok then forget itIf you won’t take my order then I guess I’m not getting pizza from your establishment….Where to get my pizza now ?? Hmmmm

Usually Everything is excellent. This past order was not great at all. Pizza barely any cheese sauce different wings were dry bread sticks were burned and the salad was terrible. You were my go to ? as there seems to be no good pizza found any more.
