Meh. Kudos to the staff who were obviously short staffed and trying to keep up, but the food was just average and the men's room labeled as handicapped accessible with a wheelchair on the sign was anything but. No railings, and the door was barely wide enough to get my brothers chair through. The door was also blocked from fully opening by the trashcan just inside. They also had a terrible prtioning on the french fries with their sandwiches.

Dissatisfied frequently, almost every visit. This was my last visit. Only went today because of a gift card. $18 balance on the card was left with another patron.

Got there at like 11:15 -11:30am for an early lunch, on a Tuesday. There was only one other table in the place when we sat down and ordered. Took over 45 min to get food on the table. Then we were basically ignored. There was only one waitress working and one man in the kitchen. 30 min after we finished eating we finally were able to order our ice cream. Which took another excessive wait. Stopped in for a quick early lunch and got stuck there for two hours and fifteen minutes.

Love friendlys ever since I was a kid. It's a great place to get a meal and or dessert. Should have more around the two in my area are gone unfortunately. When it comes to a chain restaurant, can't go wrong with this place. They have good ice cream and dessert beverages.
