Visited this Starbucks while passing through East Greenbush and had a great experience. The store was clean and well-kept, with plenty of comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe. The baristas were friendly, efficient, and got my order just right — even with a couple of customizations. It’s clear this team is well-trained and takes pride in their work.
What stood out most was how smoothly the location handled the morning rush. Despite a line of customers, drinks came out quickly and accurately, and everyone was greeted with a smile. There’s also ample parking, which made it super convenient for a quick stop. If you’re in the area and need a solid coffee break, this Starbucks is a reliable choice.

This Starbucks only loses a star because I went 4x and one of my drinks wasn’t keyed in/prepared correctly. I WAS able to request and receive a refund, but I had to do it with corporate.

I absolutely detest the practice of making me select a tip at the drive through. Dunkin doesn't do it, McDonalds doesn't do it.....but this Starbucks location does. One barista told me it was actually illegal for her to run my card herself although the guy the day before did just that. Your staff are paid hourly, I should not be expected.to give a tip when buying an already overpriced cup of coffee....hence why I go to Dunkin. I know it's not just me that feels this way. And to tell me it's illegal for me to give the card to the barista and then to run it bypassing the option is a load of crap....

Ordered a grande iced mocha.. with light ice. Got tons of ice snd NO WHIP CREAM. Reality. There is nothing the my can do unless I go back, bad service.
I came to Starbucks everyday, sometimes even twice a day. Every morning before work, and twice a week during lunch - no matter the shift, no matter the staff working; this place always looks clean, everyone working has a smile on their face, and any customers in the store seem to also be enjoying themselves. Kudos to your team for providing a peaceful setting even if it’s for a 30 second visit to run in grab my latte, and run out. You guys are amazing, keep up the good work.
