Highly disappointed, I asked for a regular iced chai latte with pumpkin cold foam and the person taking my order kept messing up my order. She then just gives me a pumpkin chai latte and not a regular latte, arguing that a regular chai latte and pumpkin latte are the same thing. I have never had this issue before at this store, always had great service except for today. I am highly upset about this

Was a Little bit of a dirty shop but they had all the meme items available. And the staff were super friendly. The place itself was clean and kept neat. I think the furniture can just use an upgrade. The tables and chairs are old and scratches all

Tucked away in a very peaceful town of East Greenbush. I started my morning with a short walk followed by a nice hearty amazing complimentary breakfast and then finished with the combination of Green Tea and a walk around the hotel courtyard….This Starbucks location definitely has a drive thru and a large property for parking anywhere. The customer service in drive thru in the morning around 8:15ish was fast professional and friendly. If you’re in town and you’re craving the mainstream (usual over the top beverages…but…good professionals customer service) then come on over to this Starbucks! Even though I always end with supporting the locals. No worries this location will definitely treat you right!Please support the locals!

Won’t be coming back to this location. Drinks are inconsistent and service is slow. Last drink I got was mostly foam. And that was on their second attempt. Staff was nice though which is why I’m giving 2 stars. There are much better locations.
This is a nice Starbucks. Seems pretty heavy on the drive thru business as the inside was basically empty! Friendly staff.

That girls attitude was quite weird... "have a wonderful night!" it sounds sarcastic to me.... I knew it's 7:45pm and you guys almost closed. I just simply ordered a cup of coffee in the drive-thru? it's not even a customized drink! That girl just grabbed the money off my hand?.... several coins just drop to the ground when she changed back to me the n hardly closed the window... ?I mean if You don't wanna make it or all the coffee has been cleaned up just tell me that's totally fine I ll shop at Dunkin...?

Went there for a frappe and was told their was no whip cream you would think they would take $1 off or something but instead I got medium frappe for 6.10 with no whip cream.Then one morning I ordered for pick up and the way my food was thrown on counter I was not happy.The young lady thrown it on the table and looked away not caring if my sandwich fell out or not
