The service was very disappointing. Came here off season and ordered to go coffee and pastries. While waiting for my coffee, I sat down the bench across the counter and started eating my pastry. One staff lady gave me dirty looks and I got confused. She finally came over and tried to kick me out because I ordered to go and hence can’t sit on the bench. I said there’s literally noone here (4 other people in line) and I wasn’t in the dining area and i’ve been coming here for years in the summer and always sat at the bench while waiting for my coffee. She got aggressive so I asked for the manager thinking she was more reasonable. She said the same thing. It’s just insane to me That people are not allowed to sit on the bench while waiting for their coffee. She said that if i am sitting, I should be plated. But I said I ordered pastries and just sat down to take a bite and there was no one else sitting there and there’s only six people. I understand if I was sitting in the dining room (i wasn’t) or it’s summertime but with an empty place it’s just ridiculous. Their pastries are good, but they are overpriced anyway. not going back. Suggest you save your money and go to tou tuo and S&S coffee. They don’t kick out customers and are not sticklers to unreasonable “rules” so disappointing

Food was amazing. I grew up in France & could feel a lot of that influence here. This is obviously a popular place so there was a bit of a line but it moved fairly quick. The pastries looked amazing!
We loved the pain au chocolate. My avocado toast was so flavorful. The fresh squeezed orange juice was to die for. My husband loved his egg sandwich & cold brew as well!

THE WORST PLACE IN HAMPTONS!!!!
I went here for lunch. After eating my meal, I had to attend a zoom meeting and I chose to attend it there. My meeting started and understandably I was in the meeting, the manager or something like that, a lady came up to me and said "you have eaten your meal, I need a table, people are waiting, please get up", I said that I was in the meeting and I would get up when it was over. But the lady got angry and said very angrily, "Your meal is over, get up, I need the table" and I was in the middle of the meeting, everyone in the meeting heard this. One of the most shameful moments I've ever experienced. It's a disgraceful place, minimally decorated just for show, but IT'S A DISGRESSIVE RUDE PLACE. This lady was an old lady, with medium length hair, thin and quite rude and disgraceful. I definitely do not recommend it, do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!

To say this was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years isn’t even hyperbolic. It was mortifying to be spoken to like children after dropping $60 on delicious baked goods and coffee. I couldn’t get out of there faster after being made to feel so unwelcome and condescended. I will be spreading the word and never returning — no matter how decadent your food is. Unreal. Do better.

Beautiful place, great food, but it was sort of stressful and chaotic atmosphere. We stopped there for some coffee and pastries, but it took us a while to find parking. Inside it was so many people and a stressful manager who seemed to try and guide costumers, but maybe causing them more anxiety instead. We will def come back and give another chance.

I mean listen, we are in the Hamptons and things are expensive. But holy smokes this place is not worth it.
The coffee was fine, but was $6 for a tiny glass filled to the brim with ice, not to mention a $1 charge for literally a “splash” of oat milk. The 3 sips of coffee I had were good, but that’s an absurd price.
The pastries were fine, the cookie was great. But the other pastries we had were stale as if they’d been sitting out for a while. Which again, normally I wouldn’t totally mind, it if I wasn’t paying so much money or waiting in line for them.
The staff were all friendly and this has nothing to do with them, but the overall experience was pretty ridiculous for the price we paid.
Go to a local bakery, drink some local coffee. This is all hype, no delivery.

Terrible excuse for customer service. What pompous, inhumane people who work behind the counter.
Walked in with some friends on a relaxed Sunday only to get accosted by the manager for basically trying to order and not knowing where the line starts.
It’s a shame because we had heard great things about the pastries but the vibes ended up ruining the whole experience for us.
Would not not come back…try being a bit nicer to your patrons
