This restaurant locates in good area with LV/Prada/Gucci stores next door, so we expected to have a good quality service to enjoy our trip. Unfortunately, first what was disappointing is a waiting time, secondary is that I asked for fresh orange juice and they confirmed they have it, but brought one from concentrate. Third is that we ordered steak and they brought just a steak without any side like mushed potato, etc. Carbonara was to salty. Price is the same as in good New York City restaurant, but level is far from that. I don’t think they really care, as there are not many competitors around, but hope they will work on their crew/kitchen to provide better experience

So disappointed on this visit. From the get-go we could tell service was going to be rough. The water girl, who spoke no English, wouldn't even respond to us. She didn't signal to the server who didn't even greet us. It took way too long to get a drink order going and completely came off the rails trying to order a plain burger. The only reason there is a pickle on my plate is because my friend felt bad for my lonely burger. The ever annoying customer loudly talking on the phone at the bar sealed the whole deal. Couldn't wait to get out of there. It's a pretty place at a great address. Simply mismanaged into mediocracy.
We ordered some pizza and there were barely any ingredients on it. Unfortunately, it felt like we were being served dry garlic bread. Drinks were not very elaborate and missing some key ingredients as well. Staff was very nice though.

We split the arancini and 2 personal Pizza. Service was excellent. We sat outside on the patio. Enjoyed the beautiful weather. Very Big menu . Highly recommend this restaurant

It used to be good, Very disappointed: We had 3 different entrees, all were bad. The pizza was oily, tasteless sauce and greasy low quality cheese, even the crust was not worth eating. The meatballs and pasta were much like the pizza, lacking seasoning , mushy pasta, and sour tasting bland sauce. We ordered a beer and had to ask for it 3 times before it finally came after we were done eating. Finally, the hamburger, was nothing special and the french fries were soft and greasy, cooked in old oil. Only one french fry was eaten, the rest were left untouched. We had to ask for ketchup for the burger and wait a long time to get it. I have been here in the past and loved it, but things have really changed. Too bad.

As a regular to this restaurant I just keep on trying but unfortunately the food is just not good. It used to be one of my favorite places in town, but there is nothing here I can honestly recommend. The service is even worse. The location is great and the bartenders are very friendly so if you just looking for a nice cocktail then this could be the place for you. If you are looking for a good meal, eat elsewhere.
