One of the elite restaurants in the Hamptons, Highway never disappoints. The vibe is eclectic yet fun on a busy night. The menu is always inventive and absolutely delicious. A nice wine list is accompanied by a creative cocktail menu. The service is excellent but always a touch cool to the touch in our experience. The bar is a nice oasis away from the general seating and well worth a visit should you miss a reservation window.

The stir fry didn't have much chicken although they charged premium price for it.

A perfect meal. Chicken is classic but worth venturing out. Everything is outstanding.

We had a bad service experience. Waited 1 hour for our main meal. I can understand one bad night with the kitchen or service. But, the food was very disappointing. The Focaccia sticks were bland, fried extruded dough that were as unappealing to eat and as to look at. Our mains were average.

Food was terrible. Wonton soup had no filling and was so salty it was hard to swallow. Balsam Farm salad was tasteless. Avoid.

Great food, impeccable service, and the ambiance is so light and airy. I highly recommend this spot if you're out this way!

We are local and really wanted this restaurant to be great but the food is very plain. We found ourselves wondering how it earned such a high rating.

It took nearly 25 min just to get our drink order taken. The trend continued throughout the meal. They unironically tried to pass off Chardonnay as champagne, and every entree arrived overcooked. The place feels like an old Hillstone with a HomeGoods makeover. I didn’t think it was possible to be more mediocre than the rest of the restaurants in the area, but I was proven wrong. Overpay elsewhere .

I went six years ago and never went back until today as they were incredibly rude and slightly racist then. Well, things haven’t changed. The manager tonight has been incredibly rude, I can’t even explain how terrifying the experience has been.

Made a reservation through Resy for inside for 6 people special occasion2 hours before dinner restaurant said because my reservation was on patio and it was going to rain they could not accommodate us. I said reservation was for inside not outside. She said no. I said I have a copy in front of me. She said no space. We called the manager. He was rude and said let’s see what I can do. Finally he said ok you are right. It was for inside. We decided to go to old stove pub always nice. Always accommodating. Will never go back to Highway. Lying and calling to cancel a reservation for 6 people is beyond rude
