The fluffiest and lightest waffles I've ever encountered. Definitely recommend even if it's to split as a side!

Was here during a busy (and rainy) Sunday morning on Columbus Day. The staff was very helpful and did their hardest to get everyone seated in a timely manner without rushing any of the existing guests. The food was delicious and the prices are good esp for the area. Really good coffee!

Great Local spot for breakfast! Everyone is super nice and the staff gets to know your meal preference after 3 times eating here. Diamond in the rough! Haven't tried lunch or dinner yet!

Going to the Hamptons is always a great time. From the people, to the beaches, the nightlife and the food, it's a must do on the bucket list. There are a few approaches to experiencing the the East End: over the top, or low key. John Papas Cafe in East Hampton falls beautifully into doing the Hamptons low key. Great staff, a bougie upscale diner atmosphere with really good comfort food and great portions. Had a waffle with strawberries and cream, blueberry pancakes, a side of corned beef hash and fresh squeezed orange juice. Whether your plan is hitting the consistent breaks of Ditch Plains, or just some casual window shopping on Main Street, this is a great way to start it off.

Busy corner spot with outdoor seating. Good for people watching. Food and coffee are decent.
