Going to the Hamptons is always a great time. From the people, to the beaches, the nightlife and the food, it's a must do on the bucket list. There are a few approaches to experiencing the the East End: over the top, or low key. John Papas Cafe in East Hampton falls beautifully into doing the Hamptons low key. Found online while traveling. Went for lunch. Easy to park. very nice atmosphere. Great food and service. I had reuben sandwich which was outstanding. Menu is full of great options. I would definitely go again.
Love me some John Papas. It’s always a good spot to go while in East Hampton, given its proximity to the train station and quality food. It can get a LITTLE hectic since it’s so popular, so do bake in some extra time if you have a train to catch, but this is an institution of EH for a reason.
