I thought Big Olafs in Sag was expensive. At least their ice cream is good, not plain everyday Hersheys. The ice cream is not very frozen so the cone melts very quickly. I miss Snowflake☹️

Theirs always their who i see that always picks on a girl but it seems she doesn’t work their since she is alwyas sitting on her phone in the florist shop they should do a better job in treating their employees

Very good ice cream. Many flavors to choose from. But they do run out and the flavors do change. But they still have many flavors, so always many choices. Could be faster taking and fulfilling orders. Line, at times, could get long and takes a while to get to the window to order. They could use more help. Still, worth going.

Nice ice cream and open air seating. The toppings come in the side, which sounds weird at first, but then you can choose how much (or little) you want to put on it. Would definitely recommend you check it out.
