What happened to this place? The people working here nickel and dime you. The food quality is worse. They reheated a cheese pie, threw pepperonis on it and called it fresh. You can tell the deserts have been sitting in the same spot for ages. The kid ringing up my order begged me for a tip for a pick up order. This place has gone down the drain. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Our family has lived in Springs for years, and never once had even a passable experience with Pepperoni’s. A few weeks ago I ordered several pizzas online, paid $300+ and got a receipt saying the pizza would be ready in about 30 min. I sent my family to go pick it up and they had no record of our order. Fine. But then instead of re-making it or prioritizing the order, they interrogated my elderly mother about the receipt, which I sent a copy of. 20 min later, they returned home without pizza - apparently they refused to make it for us, but still charged me for it! Wild stuff. Thanks to Visa, the charge was reversed and we will never spend a dime at this sloppy establishment again.

Have gotten the meat lovers slices for years , I've raved about them. Just got a slice .When i opened up the bag, it was totally not the same 1/2 the amount of meat 1 /3 of the slice was cheese only . From the looks of the case, it's going downhill. Has the place been sold ?

I went to get a peperoni slice for 5 dollars yes 5 dollars while many other resturants charge 3.50. In addition the slice was very greacy. However the service was good the manager is very nice. Even though the slice was greacy it was very big but not worth five
