Fantastic customer service, fantastic food, shout out and much love to Hellen, Gio, Jojo and the rest of the Smokey Buns crew. As one of their earliest customers with their soft opening, the quality of their smash burgers is phenomenal, and the expansion of their menu has been phenomenal with their daily favorites, their amazing crispy chicken sandwich, and their newest lamb sandwich that has their incredible lamb sauce, and more! The quality of their fries has remained consistently good though at first it was mildly inconsistent until around mid-late August, however given enough time they cracked down the right consistency. They keep improving through receiving feedback as well with observations and whatnot. In addition to their ice cream side that has a variety of great flavors (cookies and cream, fudge brownie, and strawberry to name a few) and toppings, in addition to soft serve and delicious milkshakes. Overall they are so so so delicious and will keep on improving, I highly recommend.
Best burgers in the Hamptons and even better drinks. Especially if Gio’s behind the bar.

The burgers are good, kind of inconsistent w the size. Sometimes they’re smashed rly thin and sometimes you get a normal patty. The fries are borderline inedible. They give you maybe 5 that still have potato but the rest they fry so much the potato is gone and you’re left w just a crunchy shell. It’s awful and you’re better off making your own at home especially w the price you pay for them.
Killian was so welcoming and made the experience even better than we could have expected. The food is amazing, the vibes are on point and we can’t wait to go back.

A small business worth supporting. Food was great, only to be beat by the staff. A kind Irish gentleman servicing the bar (his name escapes me) actually took the time to have a meaningful conversation with me while picking up a take out order- unheard of these days. He also went on to explain that they will remain open during the winter months specifically to serve the locals, again, a rarity. I hope management sees this and recognizes him and his co workers for being kind, genuine, and customer-centric. 10/10.
