I don't know about the other people on here, but I stopped in to get a Dopio espresso with steamed coconut milk and cinnamon. I couldn't order it on the app because I had bad reception on my phone. I only had one bar.I was in and out in five minutes.A friendly young lady took my order.A guy with a full beard made my order, he was movin!There were about 15 customers in the store.Not only was he working hard, but he wished everybody a great Thanksgiving.Great coffee, great fast, friendly service, what more could you ask for?Will definitely be back.

Went into Starbucks yesterday to pick up an order made online , one drink was ready . Asked the man behind the counter how long for the other one (said 5 minutes ) so I patiently waited .. he than decided to flirt with two women in front and forget I was even there ( had alot of people in store ) as I waited saw people receive there orders before me , mind you my drink was right there waiting to be completed . 5 minutes more go by and nothing nada zilch. Many of the orders given to others were wrong , so I grew frustrated and asked to another employee what’s taking so long it’s one drink and it’s just sitting there un touched. Once I said that (25 minutes had gone by ) worst experience at a “high end coffee shop”

Love this Starbucks place! The staff is super friendly! Ever time I go to take a coffee around 6:30am they are smiling and just making the start of my day very pleasant!

i don't even know what to say about this place. I only need to say is that there food is absolutely super good and I could go back anytime. There service was kinda slow but I would let it slide. There Ambiance was that it was good and overall delicious! There delivery is fast in Uber eats! And they overall have good food there.

The best option for coffee in E. Hampton, unless you don't mind paying $5.00 for drip coffee elsewhere. The staff, with a few exceptions, are more personable than at many other Starbucks. The brewed coffee seems to have recently improved.

Went to this branch yesterday to grab two medium cups of coffee, it was a very slow day. 4 - 6 customers and 5 workers, I couldn't get my coffee because everyone seems to know 0 about they're work station. It's the 20th century, you push buttons and coffee comes out Why am I waiting 20 minutes for 2 medium coffee??? I couldn't wait any longer an had to just get a refund an leave furious without my daily Starbucks. THIS BRANCH IS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW JODIKAY is the best employee I see so far, I've always gotten my coffee in a fair timely manner. I believe other customers feels the same her.

This Starbucks has really improved. I have been placing mobile orders and they have been quick and accurate. The staff is friendly!!!
