It appears to be overcrowded with the tables. We were seated by the kitchen door and my table mate sitting “ in the isle” kept getting knocked into
The food was delicious. Steak was cooked to perfection.
Service seems slow and priority seemed to be given to the table next to us with about 7-8 people and we were only a table of 3 and we felt ignored

The food here was really good! It was super busy and I couldn’t get a reservation, so I grabbed a seat at the bar instead. I had the bacon, the Wagyu lasagna, and the Cacio e Pepe corn — all were delicious. The lasagna portion was a bit small, which was a little disappointing, but overall everything hit the spot. The decor felt a bit dated — kind of that old-school steakhouse vibe — but it worked with the atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back to try one of the steaks next time.

We had a 5:30 reservation. When we arrived there was no one there. Our host put us at a dark table facing the kitchen. We asked to be moved. After asking for three other tables, she finally sat us in the corner by a window which ended up being lovely. The waiter was not attentive. In order to get someone's attention, I had to wave my arms. The overpriced Filet Mignon lacked flavor. The only item on the menu worth mentioning was their Key Lime Pie. Not worth going back just for that.

We had two of our party who had the 16 oz ribeye steak which they ordered as medium and it came out as well done. Also two of our party had the special swordfish entry which was overwhelmed by the rosemary marinade. Both are a shame given the cost of the entrees.

I had dinner on Saturday night with a buddy of mine. We both were very surprised that we just walked in and we got a table. I remember a few years ago you had to have a reservation on the weekend if you wanted to get a table. I really enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan and my friend enjoyed the NY Strip. It was very lively in the dining room but it was still easy enough to have a conversation. Our server was very nice, and she took the time to recommend a few dishes. We had two managers come and check on us during our dinner, that was a great touch they both wanted to make sure we were taken care of properly. The chocolate cake is different than I remember but it was very enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Palm in East Hampton. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smiles and immediately felt welcomed by the managers Matthew and Rebecca. The
The service was great. Our server, was friendly and attentive. She took the time to explain the specials, and even gave her own recommendations. The staffed allowed us to savor each course without feeling rushed. For the main course my wife and I ordered the Summer Lobster Special. We started with a lobster bisque and a Cesar salad. We also ordered garlic mashed potatoes and cream spinach. Dessert was of course the famous house made tiramisu. Overall I would say it was a great Sunday evening spent in East Hampton at The Palm.

Overall, a lovely evening - the food was great and the service top notch. We sat in the front of the restaurant, almost a "porch" area, which was very nice. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great steak house.

Really enjoyed my experience at The Palm. Rebecca was very sweet and welcoming. The service and food was great. I really liked the selection of bread that comes to the table. Garrett I believe was our waiters name, he was awesome. We had the lobster special which was a great deal.

Had dinner at the bar over the weekend. The bartenders were great. Spoke with Chris the GM and he was very friendly, I miss the old decor but I’m happy they have kept the old Palm standards.

We ate there recently and while the food was average for the price, and the atmosphere good, the service was NOT good. Plus our waiter slammed a $25 loyalty membership on our bill. He apparently forgot to tell us that membership cost $25!....I had the front desk reversed the charge.
More importantly, we ate ate early when hardly anyone was there, but service was terrible. We could not get water, extra napkins, or reorder a drink. No bus boys were present. We could see three other waiters chatting, but none looked our way. While our waiter was a nice guy, we rarely saw him.
Overall, much better places in the Hamptons to dine at.
We have eaten at other Palm restaurants in different states, but this was very disappointing.

Very noisy and crowded and service was underwhelming. It was a birthday dinner and the waitstaff did not acknowledge it. Isn't that what you pay extra for? I noted the birthday in the reservation but absolutely no acknowledgment. Why have it there then? Pretty disappointed.

Hi, One of the appetizers we chose wasn't available (beef carpaccio) One of the main courses we wanted wasn't available (22oz ribeye) One of the dessert we wanted also wasn't available (carrot cake) So bit disappointed but service was good and friendly. Thank you
