They just did a big renovation. Bar and seating area was so nice and classy. Our food was incredible. Chicken parm was the best I've had. Creamed spinach too! Our server/bartender was terrific and so attentive. Truly a spectacular meal!

Chris and the team did an outstanding job to make us feel welcome when celebrating our 34th Wedding Anniversary! Food, drinks, atmosphere and service was amazing.. don't hesitate to go!

We had a nice dinner at the Palm while visiting the east end. Food and service were pretty good for off season.

The Palm East Hampton never disappoints!!! Matthew and Chrissy were great hosts. The food and service was excellent.

Overpriced mediocre food. Service was GREAT. But Veal Chop left me scratching my head. Small, salty and at 70 bucks I expected much better quality. Prices are ridiculous. Only went because we had a gift card. Never again.

I want to love this place but it's really just “okay”. The steaks are good but the service, salads, and other main courses ordered by our group were not as good as other places in EH, Amgansett, Bridgehampton, or Sag Harbor. I think the menu, tecipes and ingredients need a revamp. We were late for our reservation and they did graciously hold the table which was most appreciated.

It was a special occasion and our service was terrible. The restaurant was not crowded and other servers were much more attentive than ours. We had to ask for everything (or remind her to bring things that she already asked if we wanted). Overall it was very disappointing. The food was delicious but the poor service really detracted from our evening.

Not what it used to be, The Palm is trying to live on old glories!
Food and service are not up to the standards of a good steak house/restaurant

Great meal and wonderful historic location. Save room for desert, you’ll be glad that you did.

If you're looking for a classic dining experience, The Palm is a fantastic choice that never disappoints. Their steaks are consistently delicious, especially when paired with their tangy chimichurri sauce. The fried onions are a standout appetizer—crispy, flavorful, and incredibly addictive; once you start, it's hard to stop. The wedge salad is a solid option as well, providing a crisp, refreshing complement to your meal. Additionally, The Palm boasts a well-curated wine selection for enthusiasts. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

We attended with a large party and the chef screwed up over and over again. First off, we have been coming to the palm every summer for the last 20 years with this group.

- Chef sent out a Rotten Steak
- Chef overcooked medium rare steak then patron sent the steak back and the chef made the waitress bring it back out saying it was cooked correctly (it was well done)
- Didn’t bring 3 people’s meals
- Never brought 13 sides (included them on the bill)
- Forgot an appetizer

On a more positive note the wait staff did an excellent job trying get these issues remedied but the Manager and Chef completely dropped the ball.

My wife and I took advantage of the lobster for two special to celebrate the 18th anniversary of the night we met. The food was amazing and the service was very good. The only complaint was the chairs were very uncomfortable if you sat back in them. The other disappointing thing was that many of the other parties at the restaurant were dressed very casually including some with baseball caps. I remember when going to The Palm was an exciting experience and you got dressed up.

Very disappointing relative to dining at the Palm in the past. Foul smell coming through the vents into the restaurant. Bus boy said he thought it was a septic tank issue. Ribeye was overcooked, tough and tasteless. Wedge salad was minuscule and poorly made. Sides very average. Red wines were served well over normal room temperature. No sign of a sommelier to talk with despite multiple requests. No bread offered or served. Management seemed flustered. Staff well meaning but amateurish. Very over priced relative to the quality served.
