To be honest the place is beautiful and has so much potential. The food was good but nothing that you can have on a steak house elsewhere. Service was good not excellent. The drinks awful can't get a mojito right. Has potential but I was disappointed. Yuliet

Food ordered was overcooked. Both the lobster and steak. We have been to many outstanding restaurants and never had our food overcooked when we ask for medium-rare. Considering this is suppose to be a high end restaurant and we expect prices to be considerably high, you would think you would get what you asked for. The Palm restaurant has changed since its earlier days when the food was outstanding.

We were seated at a fabulous table and once we ordered our drinks and food, we were very happy campers! Everything came out quickly but we were not rushed through our drinks and appetizers. Staff was very efficient and cleared the plates quickly. It was really lovely meal!

Food was good maybe the steak that I ordered sirloin was in the best choice. What really impressed me was the service Our waitress knew her wine and was constantly attentive on our selection and asked if I wanted to change

We had our annual family holiday dinner at the Palm Restaurant and everything was as wonderful as always, except that for some reason the Palm has discontinued serving their carrot cake. The carrot cake was always amazing and we missed topping off our delicious dinner with our FAVORITE dessert!

kind of a dump. one table had a lady screaming on her phone in an argument and manager did nothing. another table an old russian couple had a very loud speakerphone conversation with someone else in russian. on top of it all, this place, with these prices, sees it necessary to clip you for $4 for a little boat of bernaise sauce. food took forever to arrive even tho plae 80% empty. will never return

As always, the porterhouse was cooked to perfection. I got my Monday Night Salad even though it is not on the menu. The cream spinich is the best.

Waitress hardly ever showed up at the tableDid not ask how my steak was (I ordered it very very rare and it came out medium). She was never in sight and never filled our empty water glasses until she brought the dessert menus. The clam chowder, Gigi salad and linguini with clams were all excellent as were the desserts. Sad that a nice prime ribeye was cooked way too long.

Lovely evening. Excellent service - our server was very funny. All staff were very attentive and friendly. Meal was superb - shrimp, chicken and veal Parmesan. Perfect for a winter night. Palm always pleases.

If you've never been to this Palm you'll think it's fine. Not outstanding but fine. But if you were a customer for decades under the old owners you'll leave a little sad. A shadow of its former self.
